Renew, Restore and Rejuvenate.

Renew, Restore and Rejuvenate.

Helping you every step of the way body mind and spirit is our motto. We designed classes centered around mindfulness. Take a peak below at our class descriptions below!! Take time in renew, restore and rejuvenate.

Restorative with lights
Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body and mind through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body.  This class also incorporates use of a light projector that makes calming color patterns on the ceiling when the lights are dimmed.

Candlelight Renew and Restore
This beautiful candlelit class will help you unwind, renew and restore. We will concentrate on gentle movement, stretching and a touch of doTERRA essential oils to relax into the evening and help us through the rest of the week.

Pranayama & Yoga Nidra
Prana is the vital energy needed by our physical and subtle layers, without which the body would perish. It is what keeps us alive. Pranayama is the regulation, expansion and control of prana through the breath.

Research has shown that practicing Pranayama has an immensely positive effect on our wellness. It can help relieve symptoms of asthma and be beneficial in treating stress related disorders, such as anxiety and depression. Yoga Nidra, or psychic Yogic sleep, helps conserve and consolidate our energy and relaxes the entire system. It is a guided meditation through the layers of our being that brings a great sense of relief, peace and calmness. It also improves the quality of your sleep and the amount of your sleep. *You may want to bring socks, extra layers and an eye cover to increase the relaxing effects.

Yin yoga
In each of our Yin yoga classes, we will be working toward a goal of developing strong and flexible joints, giving us a feeling of ease and lightness in our bodies. Yin is a "quiet practice," and its power lies in the time a pose is held, not in the degree of effort. Each class will be a series of special Yin postures, held for three to five minutes, with ample rest between. Our postures will gently stretch, open and rehabilitate the connective tissues (ligaments and fascia) that form our joints by creating a gentle traction of these inelastic tissues. Sometimes your body will invite you to go deeper into a pose, and other times you will back off. Your individual body will be your ultimate teacher, and you will learn to listen to its messages. Each class will have a theme emphasizing one or more areas of the body, and will be based the teachings of Paul Grilley, a pioneer of Yin yoga. Who should do Yin yoga? Everyone! The stresses of daily life tighten the fascia and energy channels, and ideally they should be opened again each day. A Yin practice is therapeutic, reducing our nervous energy and increasing the flow of blood and chi throughout the body. If you do Yang yoga (like Vinyasa and power yoga), you should do Yin yoga to balance it. If you are an athlete doing Yang exercise to work your muscles, you (and your joints) will benefit from a Yin practice. All levels of students are welcome
